Guest Speaker
Kavon Frazier
Kavon Frazier is a man of faith, purpose, and service whose life journey deeply aligns with the mission of HOPE Farm. A retired six-year NFL veteran, Kavon was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys, where he played for four years, and went on to play p for the Miami Dolphins and Las Vegas Raiders to finish out his career. He is a proud graduate of Central Michigan University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in child development with a minor in Sports Management in just three and a half years, and he is currently completing his MBA. While athletics opened many doors, Kavon has always understood that his true calling extends far beyond the field.
Raised in a single-parent household by a devoted mother who courageously battled Multiple Sclerosis until her passing in October 2024, Kavon witnessed firsthand both the challenges and the power of resilience, faith, and guidance. Though he had always known Christ, it was in 2023 that Kavon fully surrendered his life to Him, which became a defining moment that continues to shape his leadership, family, and service to others. Today, he is married to his wife of seven years, and together they are raising four beautiful daughters, anchoring their home in faith, love, and intentionality.
Following his NFL career, Kavon transitioned into entrepreneurship and ministry, founding Built 4 It, a health and wellness brand that grew from a modest gym into a comprehensive training and rehabilitation facility serving athletes and families alike. Beyond business, Kavon is a passionate community advocate, committed to mentoring young men, promoting financial literacy, and creating pathways of hope, especially for those growing up without consistent father figures. His heart for at-risk youth, combined with his lived experience and faith-centered leadership, mirrors HOPE Farm’s commitment to cultivating accountability, character, and Christ-centered integrity in the next generation. Kavon’s life stands as a testament to what is possible when purpose meets faith, and when one chooses to give back what God has so graciously given.
